Card or crypto, and what billing actually stores

Paid plans and add-ons are sold by Zentrix Data, United Arab Emirates. Card payments go through Stripe. Crypto invoices go through NOWPayments. Annual card billing is 10% off twelve months.

Card

Checkout stays on ZanonMail. Card details are collected by Stripe’s Payment Element. We store a customer and subscription reference, the plan, the billing interval, and invoice links — not the full card number.

Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Access continues through the paid period. Addresses and mail are not deleted on cancel.

Crypto

Crypto is a timed unlock: 30, 90, or 365 days. It does not auto-renew. When the term ends, the account returns to Free unless you pay again. The same rule applies: existing addresses stay.

What we do not do

We do not use invoices, last-four digits, or wallet activity to build an advertising identity. Billing exists to keep the service running. Mail content is not a product we sell.
