Zentrix Data in Dubai, United Arab Emirates operates ZanonMail. Privacy requests: privacy@zanonmail.com. This policy is written to meet Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (UAE PDPL) for the data we actually process.

A standard account does not require your real name, phone number, personal email, date of birth, home address, or advertising identity. We do not offer social login. We do not build advertising profiles from mail content, contacts, or reading behaviour.

Anonymous account creation is not a claim that internet activity is impossible to trace. Delivery and security involve technical metadata.

To run email we process: the address you choose; a password verified by the mail server; a recovery-key hash (never the key itself); mailbox contents and headers; session cookies; limited security logs such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps; and a short proof-of-work token generated in your browser to slow automated signups. That check does not load Google, Cloudflare, or advertising scripts. If you email us for support, we process whatever you choose to send.

Paid plans can be billed by card through Stripe or by cryptocurrency through Cryptomus. Stripe processes card details. Cryptomus processes the crypto payment. We receive confirmation, plan, and invoice metadata — not your full card number or wallet keys. Free accounts do not require payment data.

We process this data to perform the email contract, to keep the service secure, to prevent abuse, and to meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data. We do not use mail content for advertising.

Mail is stored on ZanonMail infrastructure so you can send and receive. We do not claim zero server storage. Hosting, mail, and edge infrastructure may process data outside the UAE. We use those processors only to operate the service and require appropriate safeguards.

Account and mailbox data last for the life of the account. After deletion or confirmed termination, we remove mailbox content from production systems within a reasonable operational window, except backups and logs kept briefly for security or law. Recovery-key verifiers are dropped with the account.

Subject to UAE PDPL and the nature of an anonymous account, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of data we hold that can be tied to your mailbox. Write to privacy@zanonmail.com from an address you control. If we cannot verify the request without collecting more identity than we already have, we will say so.

ZanonMail is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
