Terms of service.

ZanonMail is a brand of Zentrix Data in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We provide webmail and @zanonmail.com addresses. Standard signup does not require your real name, phone number, date of birth, address, or a personal recovery email. That is an identity policy. It does not mean network activity is untraceable, and it does not excuse abuse.

Mail is stored on our infrastructure so you can send and receive. We do not claim messages are never retained on servers.

You must be at least 18 years old. You may not use the service if doing so would violate applicable law, including sanctions rules that apply to Zentrix Data.

You are responsible for your password and recovery key. We store a verifier for the recovery key, not the key itself. If both are lost, we may be unable to restore access. You must not share credentials or farm accounts to evade limits.

Free includes 3 addresses. Premium is USD 4.99 per month or USD 53.89 per year for 10 addresses. Black is USD 8.99 per month or USD 97.09 per year for 30 addresses. Annual prices are 10% off twelve months. Add-ons include extra address packs, storage packs (+10 GB reserved mailbox capacity and higher sending limits), exact aliases on Free, a custom domain with catch-all, and a one-time mailbox export. Limits are enforced on the server. Paid items are billed by card through Stripe or by crypto through Cryptomus.

Card subscriptions renew monthly or yearly in USD until cancelled. Crypto unlocks 30, 90, or 365 days and does not auto-renew. Paid items are sold by Zentrix Data. Cancellation, refunds, and failed-payment rules are in the refund policy.

You must follow the acceptable use policy. Spam, phishing, malware, fraud, illegal content, and infrastructure abuse are prohibited — whether or not the account is anonymous. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

You retain rights in mail you send and receive. You grant us a limited licence to host, transmit, and filter that mail solely to operate, secure, and improve the service, including spam and abuse prevention.

ZanonMail, the Zanon mark, and related design are owned by Zentrix Data. You may not copy the product, scrape the service at scale, or imply a partnership you do not have.

We aim for a reliable mail service and publish status at /status. We do not warrant uninterrupted delivery. Other providers may reject mail. Custom domains require you to publish MX and related records on a domain you control. We do not change zanonmail.com DNS for that. Passkeys and other planned features are not live until we say they are.

The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentrix Data is not liable for lost mail, lost access after you lose both password and recovery key, or indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a paid subscription is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that UAE law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after the update is acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
