Bringing your own domain to ZanonMail

You add MX and related records at your DNS host. We do not change zanonmail.com DNS, and we do not log into your registrar.

A custom domain is an add-on. After it is unlocked, Settings → Domains asks for the name, shows the records the mail server expects — MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and anything else in that domain’s zone — and lets you verify with real DNS lookups. Success is never assumed.

What you do

You publish the records at the DNS host that already serves the domain. ZanonMail does not modify customer DNS unless you later connect a supported DNS provider on purpose. We never edit zanonmail.com as part of adding your domain.

More than one

The account can hold a collection of domains, not a hardcoded first and second slot. The first domain is the custom-domain add-on. Extra domains are a separate add-on after that. Catch-all, if you turn it on, is per domain and lands unknown locals in your mailbox.
